Red Pepper Jelly

This 'retro' favorite is made with sweet red bell peppers, jalepenos (though not spicy), and apple cider vinegar to create a wonderful savory jelly.  Serve as a classic appetizer over softened cream cheese with crackers (as shown here), sandwich spread, or finishing glaze for stir-fry shrimp and grilled or roasted meats and vegetables....can never have enough!  8 oz. jar.
