Zucchini Spice Loaf Mix

*Farmer's Market Favorite   This is the perfect way to use all that garden zucchini!  Unbelievably moist and just sweet enough, this bread is flecked throughout with grated raw zucchini and has a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg - delicious for breakfast, tea time, or sharing as gifts.  FYI....kids go absolutely crazy for this treat (great way to sneak in some veggies). Makes one large loaf but can also be baked as mini loaves or muffins. Nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips (as shown here) may also be added.  19 oz.
